Insert the threaded stem through the hole from the front.
Secure it from the back with the provided nut using a wrench.

Lantern Spring Clip: Dial is mounted on the front; spring clip on the stem compresses during insertion and expands behind the wall to hold the thermometer in place.
After installation, heat the oven and compare the thermometer reading with a digital probe to verify accuracy. Adjust or recalibrate if necessary.
